  • You have used 100 credits or fewer since the purchase

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • One-Time Purchases: All one-time credit purchases and add-on packages are final and non-refundable
  • Elapsed Subscription Time: Any portion of a subscription period that has already passed
  • Processing Fees: Transaction and processing fees incurred during the original purchase
  • Usage Beyond Threshold: Accounts that have used more than 100 credits since purchase
  • Late Requests: Refund requests submitted more than 3 days after the initial purchase

Refund Process

3. Processing Fee

An 8% processing fee will be deducted from all approved refund amounts to cover transaction and administrative costs.
